Supports the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives. Key duties include ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic utility of organizational data and designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support healthcare economics.Primary ResponsibilitiesData Collection, Management, and Integrity Assist with collection, entry, and processing of datasets from internal and external sourcesFormat and import datasets into data warehouseConduct ongoing audits and validation to ensure data quality and integrityMaintain and improve data systems, tracking tools, and reporting databasesData Analysis & Reporting Extract, manipulate, interpret and summarize data to answer business questions and support decision makingAnalyze data from various sources including claims, membership, provider, and utilization dataDesign and develop analyses and reports that identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvementConvert complex data into compelling narratives that support strategic actionServe as subject matter expert related to internal and external data and reportingPerformance Tracking Monitor financial, clinical, and operational performance metricsIdentify and resolve discrepancies between internal and external performance reportsDevelop trends analysis including gaps, opportunities, and data visualizationsCollaborate with teams to design actionable and measurable improvementsNote: The above stated duties are intended to outline those functions typically performed by the incumbent in this position. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
