Outpatient clinic and ER/ICU rounding, with minimal call requirements. Nationally recognized private Nephrology practice with over 70 physicians across 40 locations in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas and Arizona mountain towns. Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff, ensuring quality care and patient retention. Physician‑led practice allows your voice to be heard. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with production bonus. Partnership track with dialysis ownership and additional income/investment opportunities.
