Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate in-home measurements for flooring, kitchen and bathroom renovation projects
• Consult with homeowners to understand project goals and recommend solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
• Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate and competitive project proposals
• Present pricing, product options, and project details to customers
• Follow up on leads and drive sales growth for residential renovation projects
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain organized records of appointments, estimates, and customer communications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, estimating, home improvement, remodeling, or a related field
• Strong consultative sales and customer service skills
• Knowledge of flooring products, bathroom fixtures, and residential renovation projects preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong measurement and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using technology and estimating software
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation required
• Must successfully pass a background check

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity offering uncapped commission-based earnings. High-performing consultants have the potential to achieve significant income growth within their first few months.
