Marketing Manager

Insight Global’s client is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. This role will be instrumental in supporting expansion into home improvement and energy efficiency services, including solar, HVAC, water heating, roofing, electrical upgrades, EV charging, and other residential solutions. This is a project-based contract position focused on building and strengthening the organization’s marketing foundation. The ideal candidate will take ownership of marketing strategy, improve digital performance, enhance website presence, and implement scalable systems and processes. This is estimated to be a 5-month contract with the potential for extension based on business needs, project success, and overall fit. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals Improve website SEO performance and overall digital presence Run, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube Manage and maintain social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness Create weekly content, campaign ideas, and marketing initiatives Execute email marketing campaigns and automate customer communication journeys Analyze campaign and marketing performance data and adjust strategies accordingly Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaign execution Lead website updates including landing page creation, content optimization, and user experience improvements Collaborate with internal stakeholders across leadership, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and lead generation Proven track record of driving growth through marketing campaigns and strategies Experience marketing to contractor or for a construction, solar or HVAC company Ability to independently build, execute, and scale marketing strategies Experience leveraging AI tools within marketing workflows for efficiency and optimization Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and social media platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations Experience with local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimization Familiarity with Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels Preferred Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable marketing success and campaign performance Experience developing scalable marketing processes and systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
