Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate Nurse to provide excellent care in a residential treatment facility serving individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Come join us as we make a positive difference in the lives of others! We seek an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Schedule LPN – Per diem (PRN) / on call nights as needed from 7pm – 7am / holidays and weekends / shift differential for nights and OT rate for holidays worked. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health environment. Able to work the schedule as above noted. Background in home health, ER acute care, and residential treatment preferred. Able to pass an AHCA level 2 background check. Duties Medication administration Daily nursing assessment to evaluate physical health and mental health, including risk to self/other. Documentation in EMR of medication compliance, assessment results, and physician orders. Milieu management: assisting guests with self-regulation and maintaining safety. Participation in treatment team; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to include psychiatrists, PMHNPs, ARNPs, and mental health therapists.
