Plant Supervisor- Food Commisssary Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Duties/Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure the plant runs efficiently and safely. - Coordinate and supervise staff to maintain productivity and meet operational goals. - Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality and schedule maintenance as needed. - Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Manage inventory levels and oversee procurement of materials to support production needs. - Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. - Address and resolve operational issues, including employee concerns and production challenges. - Collaborate with other departments to align plant operations with company objectives.Qualifications & Requirements - Proven leadership and supervisory skills in an operational or manufacturing setting. - Strong understanding of plant operations, including equipment, machinery, and production processes. - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a plant setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate staff. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting and operational tracking. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions in a timely manner. - High school diploma or equivalent typically expected; additional relevant education is a plus.
