About The Role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Head Of Technology to join us in Colombia. You'll manage projects and collaborate with the greater Technology team, as well as Operations and Product.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving local technology architecture
• Implementing the tech and data strategy, including setup and ongoing tech transformation
• Shaping customer migration
• Overseeing tech governance, being responsible for the framework, presenting to the Board, and representing the technology function in key group committees
• Coordinating transformation programmes, migrations, operational model setup, and processes
• Building a global, reliable, and scalable tech ecosystem

What You'll Need

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with Colombian Central Bank regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering
• 7+ years of experience in a role involving technology architecture in finance
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Experience with tech systems and related technologies
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
