The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the Visionary's ideas into clear priorities, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. They must be adept at leading and scaling the company's operating rhythm, strengthening leaders, and building and refining systems to support profitable growth. The role also involves improving cross-functional communication, particularly between sales and operations, and leading key initiatives for execution improvement. Applicants for the COO / Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in cross-functional senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of helping a business scale through high growth. Experience in P&L management, change management, and working with an executive team to drive execution is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a business operating system and experience in an operationally complex service business. A strong preference is given to those with a background in construction, trades, or similar industries, and experience in a multi-generational or family business environment.
