Entry Level Sales Rep

Duties

• Work assigned routes to generate new customers through face to face sales and neighborhood canvassing
• Manage and grow a portfolio of residential accounts through strong customer relationships and service
• Educate homeowners on pest control services and identify additional needs
• Assist with basic property inspections and identify signs of pest activity
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and route performance
• Promote additional services when applicable to support overall business growth
• Operate in a team environment focused on accountability, performance, and competition

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or customer facing roles
• High energy with a proactive and competitive mindset
• Reliable and consistent with strong accountability
• Coachable and open to feedback with a willingness to improve
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
