Receptionist Position - Dental Office (Alexandria, LA)

Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Fridays Half-Day

We're hiring a friendly, organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental practice in Alexandria, LA. This is a direct-hire position with the company - not a temp role - offering stability and full benefits.

Position Details

Full-time schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5
Fridays are half-days
Starting pay $18/hr , depending on experience
Direct hire with full company benefits
PTO + paid holidays
401(k) available

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and manage scheduling
Verify insurance and maintain patient records
Collect payments and assist with billing
Support daily office operations

Requirements

Dental or medical front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
