Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for managing and developing new and existing Payments, Merchant, and Commercial Card business with focus in technology and gaming sectors (land-based and online). These are high-growth focus sectors, and the role will feature exciting solutions such as on embedded payments, FBO (For Benefit Of) account structures, virtual accounts, and ecommerce solutions. This role requires proven enterprise sales experience and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across multiple buying centers—including Payments Partnerships, CFO, the Treasurer, and Cash Manager—to align solutions with each stakeholder's priorities and drive deals to close.The individual will quarterback across Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and Treasury Services, orchestrating the right internal partners and product specialists to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions to clients. This person provides consultative advice on current cash flow practices in order to develop treasury management business. Manages relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business. Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends solutions which would benefit clients. Identifies opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs. Assists management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives. Responsible for meeting or exceeding all assigned sales and revenue retention goals. Assists in the design and oversees the proper installation of treasury management services.
