Financial Analyst II
\nOnsite in Kettering, OH
\n6-Month Contract-to-Hire
\nUnable to provide sponsorship now or in the future
\n \nOne of our top healthcare clients is looking to add a Financial Analyst II onto their team that will be responsible for day-to-day labor operations from a finance perspective, partner directly with department heads on staffing and budgets, and drive key operational execution for projects to support executive leadership.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Primary focus on labor operations: working with department leaders on open positions, position controls, labor management/productivity, and labor budgets. \n
- Updating staffing model workbooks for leaders. \n
- Supporting general operations: physician fees, reviewing monthly statements, and assisting with month-end closes. \n
- Analyzing and interpreting data to provide recommendations/resolutions. \n
- Long-term growth potential into a management role within a couple of years. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of financial/accounting analysis experience. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. \n
- Advanced Excel proficiency. \n
- Senior-level analytical capabilities. \n
