Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the State of Washington
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical practice and up-to-date documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEPs and 504 plans
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and design interventions to support students’ academic and functional skills
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to share strategies and enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in team discussions
