Part-Time Facilities Manager — Housing Included (Ranch)
Teen Challenge USA
Teen Challenge USA, Cincinnati Challenge Ranch, is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all mechanical, landscape, and agricultural operations on the Ranch. This role requires hands-on tool use, vehicle and small engine maintenance, and the ability to read technical manuals with a safety-first, team-oriented mindset. The position is part-time (15–20 hours per week) and includes housing. You will report to the Exec Dir and contribute to ministry goals through practical work, training, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Teen Challenge USA
