This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for building lasting customer relationships in the produce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats. Present and promote products to existing and new clients. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic sales decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Qualifications Valid Driver’s License. Ability to learn Produce Pro (Del Bene Produce’s inventory management and accounting software). Produce Experience: not required, but a plus. Team Mentality: work with other departments and management to deliver the best possible service and experience for customers.
