About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of GTM Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the RevOps team, architecting scalable GTM processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. A key focus of the role is on AI and technology innovation, including pioneering the AI program and owning the tech stack to drive efficiency and support the company's aggressive growth trajectory. The VP will also be tasked with data, analytics, and forecasting, as well as managing the revenue lifecycle and GTM execution, including territory planning, compensation, and pipeline management. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in revenue operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record of leading scaling teams and driving significant growth. The role requires a strategic partner with the executive team, deep technical mastery over revenue operations, and a demonstrated curiosity and practical experience with modern AI tools. The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator, skilled in relationship building, and have exceptional communication skills. They should be adept at project management, with the ability to navigate multiple priorities and complex projects, and be passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to drive sales efficiency.
