Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to lead from the production floor Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production‑related systems Flexibility during peak operational periods What You'll Do Lead and coach production teams. Oversee CHEP pallet repair operations. Drive safety, quality, and production goals.
