Commercial Account Coordinator

What you'll do:

• New account set-up and coordination with sales teammates and customers
• Invoicing data collection and input
• Department coordination between sales, operations, and finance teams
• Accounts receivable and vendor relationship management

What you'll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)l, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with technology: Salesforce, Google Suite, Financial Platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
