Job Description

• Provide leadership and oversight for all community operations, ensuring efficient daily management and high-quality resident services
• Supervise, coach, and develop department leaders and staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and engaged workplace culture
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and licensing regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Partner with community relations and department leaders to support occupancy goals, sales initiatives, and resident admissions processes
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a qualified, high-performing team
• Manage the community budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses, audits, and variance reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Indiana Long Term Care Facility Administrator license
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a long term care facility administrator
