Vice President, Enterprise FinanceThe Vice President, Enterprise Finance is a key member of the Finance Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team. The role provides enterprise financial leadership across planning, performance management, capital allocation, indirect procurement, corporate real estate, and transformation initiatives.This executive delivers financial insight and decision support that enhance enterprise performance, optimize resource allocation, improve shareholder value, and support sustainable growth. The role serves as the primary finance partner for enterprise operations, supplier management, and supply chain services while driving alignment across the broader finance organization.Key Accountabilities:Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic analysis processes that support executive and Board decision-making.Advise executive leadership on enterprise strategy, capital allocation, investment priorities, and long-term value creation.Oversee enterprise financial reporting, analysis, and executive communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.Serve as the lead finance partner for enterprise operations, supplier management, and supply chain services, providing financial insight to improve performance and profitability.Lead financial evaluation and business case development for strategic growth, productivity, transformation, and technology investments, including monitoring realization of expected returns.Drive enterprise financial transformation through process improvement, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to enhance decision quality and organizational effectiveness.Partner across Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax, External Reporting, Audit, and Business Unit Finance to align enterprise performance, governance, and financial objectives.Improve working capital performance, cash generation, and return on invested capital through financial discipline, analytics, and operational partnership.Lead indirect procurement and global real estate strategy to optimize cost, risk, resource utilization, and enterprise value.Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while strengthening organizational capability and succession pipelines.Knowledge and Skills:Enterprise Financial LeadershipStrategic Planning, Forecasting, and Performance ManagementCapital Allocation and Investment AnalysisCash Flow and Working Capital OptimizationExecutive Influence and Strategic PartnershipBoard and Executive CommunicationsLeadership in Complex Global EnvironmentsExecutive Leadership Expectations:Demonstrates enterprise-wide thinking and balances growth, profitability, cash flow, risk, and capital allocation priorities.Builds alignment across diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.Develops talent through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.Promotes accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Challenges conventional thinking and leads organizational change with resilience and adaptability.Influences outcomes and builds trust through sound judgment, transparency, and partnership.Professional Experience:Fifteen or more years of progressive leadership experience in finance, strategy, procurement, supply chain, operational excellence, or related disciplines within complex global organizations.Demonstrated success influencing enterprise strategy and delivering results through cross-functional leadership.Experience leading planning, performance management, transformation, capital allocation, procurement, or working capital initiatives.Proven partnership with executive leadership and core finance functions, including Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax, External Reporting, Audit, and operating finance teams.Experience in technology, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or similarly complex global operating environments preferred.Education / Certification:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.MBA, Master's degree, CPA, or other advanced degree or certification preferred.Distinguishing Characteristics:Exceptional financial, strategic, and business acumen.Builds credibility and influence through trust, sound judgment, and collaborative leadership.Leads complex initiatives and organizational change while strengthening organizational culture and performance.Communicates effectively with executive leadership, Boards, and diverse stakeholder groups.Develops strong relationships across all levels of the organization and drives results through partnership and influence.Embodies the Company's core values of Integrity, Customer Focus, Ownership, Teamwork, and Inclusiveness.What We Offer:Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
