TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Harbor City, California. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers outpatient-only primary care in a mission-driven, multi-specialty environment serving an urban underserved population.\n

\nHours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM\n
\nCall: No night or weekend call\n
\nPatient Volume: 20–22 patients per day\n
\nWork Style: Team-Based\n
\nEMR: Currently utilizing AmazingCharts; transitioning to NextGen in the coming months\n

\nPractice Environment\n
\nMulti-specialty outpatient clinic structure\n
\nServes underserved, low-income, and uninsured urban population\n
\n180,000 visits annually across multiple Los Angeles County locations\n
\nMultidisciplinary support including:\n
\nFamily Medicine Physicians\n
\nPediatricians\n
\nInternists\n
\nEndocrinologists\n
\nDentists\n
\nPhysician Assistants\n
\nNurse Practitioners\n
\nLicensed Clinical Social Workers\n
\nNo inpatient responsibilities\n
\n
\nCandidate Requirements\n
\nMD or DO\n
\nBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine\n
\nActive California medical license\n
\nDEA registration\n
\nCurrently completing residency, board eligible, or board certified candidates welcome\n
\n
\nCompensation & Benefits\n
\nCompensation: $140–$145 per hour\n
