What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed automated assembly and transfer systems
• Support PLCs, sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reduce downtime
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance
• Support automated manufacturing processes and integrated production equipment

What We're Looking For

• Experience with automated assembly, transfer, or material handling systems
• Strong hands-on electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting skills
• Proven success supporting equipment in high-volume, high-speed production environments
• Experience with inline, cam-driven, or mechanically timed automation systems
• Exposure to Mikron G05 platforms or similar high-speed assembly equipment is highly preferred
• Injection molding, integrated molding/automation cells, ASRS, AMRs, and warehouse automation experience are a plus
