What You'll Bring:

• Experience in Salesforce or similar databases is a plus (training provided)

• Prior experience in membership or certification support
• Comfort with making outbound calls for certification renewals and marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record maintenance and mail processing

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is advantageous
