We strive to make music lessons accessible and affordable because music education is essential to making the world a better, happier place. We are hiring private music instructors, especially for Violin. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Parkland, FL area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP. Lessons can occur in students’ homes, in your own home or studio/rehearsal space, or via webcam. Web-based lessons are requested by some students, but most prefer in-person lessons. We need local instructors who can host students and/or travel to students in Parkland, FL. You will be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, your experience/education, and your student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and your own curriculum/lesson plans. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to help you focus on teaching. Responsibilities Provide private music lessons (violin) in-person or via webcam, with a focus on student engagement and progress. Coordinate lessons and travel as needed within the Parkland, FL area or host lessons in your space. Communicate effectively with the office and manage scheduling and logistics Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans aligned with student needs. Lightly participate in marketing support provided by the company and handle billing processes. Qualifications Formal music training is not mandatory. Either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required. Excellent communication, organization, and punctuality; ability to work well with kids.
