- 1+ year of ICU experience [REQUIRED] - EKG experience [REQUIRED] - Must be willing to float to similar units [REQUIRED] - Experience in Neuro, CVICU, Trauma [PREFERRED] - Managing Ventilators [PREFERRED] - Experience with CRRT and Balloon Pumps [PREFERRED] - Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties [REQUIRED] - Michigan license verification (through LARA and Nursys) [REQUIRED] - Certifications: ACLS, BLS - Must hold a valid nursing license in the state of Michigan
