Hospital Barista

Our client, a healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista I - Non-Tipped to join their team. As a Barista, you will be an essential part of the hospitality support team, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality beverage preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering a welcoming experience for all visitors and staff, aligning successfully with the organization’s values.

Job Title: Barista 

Location: Lake City, FL

Pay Range: $16.62

Shift: Part Time, must be able to work every other weekend

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and preparing beverages to customer specifications
• Make hand-crafted, quality coffee, tea, and other drinks in a timely manner
• Operate cash registers and credit card machines efficiently and accurately
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally to maintain positive relations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area

What's Needed?

• Ability to work part-time, including every other weekend
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
