Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from August 3-September 2 at their Corporate Health clinic in Loveland, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 1-2pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are August 3, 5, 12, 17, 19, 24, & 31 and September 2.
