Executive Director / VP, Head of Preclinical Development We're partnering with a leading cell therapy biotech to hire a VP/Executive Director, Head of Preclinical Development . This newly created leadership role will drive global preclinical strategy across an expanding oncology pipeline, leading programs from candidate nomination through IND submission. Key Responsibilities: Lead global preclinical development and IND-enabling strategy Oversee in vitro/in vivo pharmacology, immunology, and nonclinical development Drive regulatory interactions and global IND submissions Lead multidisciplinary teams across the US and China Partner cross-functionally to advance pipeline programs into the clinic What We're Looking For: PhD and 15+ years in preclinical drug development with leadership experience Direct CAR-T/cell therapy experience (required) Strong background in in vitro & in vivo pharmacology and IND-enabling studies Experience supporting viral vector technologies within cell therapy Oncology and/or immunology expertise Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced biotech environment Open to experienced Executive Director or VP candidates.
