Registered Nurse – Stepdown

Schedule: Shift: 7P-7A Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Assignment Details: Patient ratio: 3:1 for Step-down; 4:1 for Telemetry

Requirements:

Current nursing license
BLS Certification
Experience in IMCU, PCU, or Stepdown nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for assigned patients.
Supervise and delegate appropriate care to staff.
Ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and competency of clinical staff.
Manage resources effectively related to patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

Report to assigned location on the first day at 7 AM.
Do not use hospital parking; use designated parking across the street.
