Location: Kearney, NE

Job Overview

Our organization in Kearney, NE, is in search of a dedicated and skilled RN to become a part of their Labor & Delivery team. This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and emphasizes the importance of keeping mothers and newborns together, creating a rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns, maintaining a 1:1 laboring ratio.
Utilizing strong IV skills and experience with C-sections to support the healthcare team.
Assisting in the NICU for feeders and growers as necessary.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation counselors and maternity educators.
Ensuring accurate documentation through the MediTech EMR system.

Qualifications

Current RN license.
ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (FHM preferred).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
