AP Specialist

We are looking for a determined, high‑energy, well‑organized individual for the Accounts Payable Specialist position. Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Primary Responsibilities & Skills: Coding, entering, verifying and vendor reconciliation of invoice, match with supporting documentation and enter into company system(s) for payment Review vendor statement to ensure accuracy and resolve issues that arise Review all invoices for appropriate coding and approvals Obtain new vendor and W-9 forms when applicable Process invoices for 25+ locations in the United States & Canada Answer all vendor and internal AP inquiries Assist with weekly check run; month end closing Provide supporting documents for internal and external audits, as needed Assign to appropriate location managers and administrators for approval Assist other associates – including AP team and accounting as necessary Assist AP manager with projects and ad‑hoc reports as necessary All other duties as assigned or otherwise required by Corporate Accounts Payable Manager Qualifications: NetSuite experience or other ERP system with purchasing/inventory module 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable Multi‑location experience Knowledge of purchase order processes Ability to work independently or in a group setting Flexible and adaptable to business needs as they change Strong organizational skills, being careful, accurate and detail oriented in a fast paced environment Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills High School Diploma or equivalent required *All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
