Compensation: $23–$35/hour + Deal Commission
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours/week

The Opportunity

• Town & Country Tire and Auto Repair, serving Michiana since 1979, is seeking an experienced automotive B2B Sales professional to lead commercial fleet business development and strategic account growth vertical across the Michiana region.
• We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, established business relationships, and a proven track record of acquiring leads and growing commercial accounts for Auto Repair and Maintenance business.
• This is a strategic, results-driven role focused on expanding our commercial customer portfolio and building sustainable, recurring revenue.
• Part Time and high probability of turning into full time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial fleet accounts across Michiana.
• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value commercial customers and strategic partnerships.
• Leverage industry networks to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead B2B prospecting, relationship development, sales negotiations, and account acquisition.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial fleet customers.
• Drive measurable growth in active accounts, customer retention, and recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with service management to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in automotive sales, fleet services, commercial account management, or B2B business development.
• Proven track record of acquiring and growing commercial business accounts.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair, maintenance services, and commercial fleet operations.
• Demonstrated success in sales strategy, account negotiations, and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage business development initiatives.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established commercial relationships across South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Granger and surrounding Michiana communities.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, commercial vehicle services, fleet management, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success developing strategic partnerships and expanding regional market presence.
