Product Manager

Responsibilities Define and drive the North American sliding door product portfolio strategy Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning through Voice of Customer and market analysis Develop Market Requirement Specifications (MRS) for new products and enhancements Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to phase-out Support Sales and Marketing with training, tools, and communication concepts Collaborate closely with global teams on platforms, innovations, and future portfolio development Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field MBA a plus Several years of experience in Product Management or commercial roles in technical products Proven experience in defining product requirements, managing product lifecycles, and building business cases Experience in building products, access solutions, or automation systems is an advantage Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
