Larry Roth - HealthMarkets is seeking a motivated Experienced Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our remote team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the complete sales process—from the first conversation with a prospective client through application and closing.

About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout their insurance journey. You'll connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, explain available Life & Health insurance solutions , address questions, and guide them toward the appropriate coverage.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is comfortable working independently, managing a sales pipeline, and consistently following up to turn opportunities into closed business.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through phone, video, and other virtual channels.

• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand clients' Life & Health insurance needs.

• Present insurance products and coverage options clearly and confidently.

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on each client's individual situation.

• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and existing clients.

• Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients.

• Answer questions and address concerns in a professional and consultative manner.

• Handle objections and confidently communicate the value of recommended solutions.

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.

• Work toward and exceed individual sales goals.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-only sales opportunity designed to reward strong performance.

Expected annual earning potential: $70,000–$140,000 , based on individual sales performance.

Your earning potential is directly connected to your ability to build relationships, manage opportunities, and close business.
