Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will close deals, advise customers on coverage options, and collaborate with AI agents to enhance the insurance experience. Key responsibilities Closing deals by working with warm leads, quoting across multiple carriers, and binding various insurance policies Advising customers on their coverage options to ensure they receive appropriate protection Building and retaining a book of business through renewals, cross-sells, and fostering genuine customer relationships Required qualifications Active P&C license or ability to obtain one within 30 days Proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales Commitment to providing customers with the right coverage rather than just the cheapest quote Comfort with new tools and AI-assisted workflows Desire to be part of a company that is poised to transform the insurance industry
