Job Title Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate – Fort Worth, TX – Full Time Compensation and Benefits Base pay up to $24.00 per hour plus commissions and incentives, with an un‑capped commission structure. Responsibilities Deliver an ideal customer experience for each customer every day. Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process. Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered. Achieve sales production that meets or exceeds company and location standards. Solve all customer situations in accordance with training to fully satisfy customers’ needs. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks. Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless. Serve as a model of personal and professional conduct for employees and others. Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities leading to career advancement. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer‑service roles. Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service. Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as business needs dictate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated and goal oriented. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US. Will be willing to submit to a background check. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
