Full-Time Retail Sales Associate $10.00 to $14.00 per hour. We offer a commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.06 per hour on top of your hourly rate. Most stores open at 9AM and close at 6PM; many stores are closed on Sundays. Our Earned Wage Access program is available to all employees on the second day of employment. Vacation: Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active full‑time service, an additional week after one year, and two weeks after each anniversary thereafter (up to 120 hours after five years). Sick/Personal: Eligible employees receive 8 hours after six months, 16 hours each anniversary thereafter (up to 24 hours after five years). Position Summary We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The retail sales associate partners with the store staff to ensure excellent customer service on both retail and lending sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions across a range of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations). The full‑time position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Pay will vary with location, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities (Representative list of general duties; additional duties may be assigned as needed.) Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate solutions. Performs non‑management open/close procedures. Maintains clean sales floor, stocked merchandise, and displays. Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies. Handles cash and negotiable items per policy. Answers incoming calls per company standards. Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers. Collaborates with all employees to create a positive customer experience. Completes assigned training successfully. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, etc.). Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification. May be asked to assist customers or retrieve products outside the building. Minimum age 18. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work with customers and be team‑oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Basic math proficiency. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to work at multiple locations as needed. Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays. Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and office machines.
