Director of Preconstruction/Business Development - Growing General Contractor Location: Tempe, AZ, US Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year Job Details Minimum 5-7 years of commercial/multifamily construction experience in estimating, common code requirements, and design/build estimating and preconstruction, with a concentration in large commercial construction Strong business development background, interacting with clients regularly Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience Experience with computerized estimating systems and software Strong conceptual estimating skills Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices A bit about us: A leading general contractor in Phoenix is looking for a leader of their Preconstruction/Business Development departments.
