Details Level Emergency Department with 30 physical beds and 8 hall beds Staffed by 77 total employees across day and night shifts Patient ratio of 1:4 Uses Baxter IV pumps, GE monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Belmont rapid infusers, and portable EKG machines Charts in Meditech EMR Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Every other weekend rotation required No floating to other units required Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Department experience required No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted) One professional reference required (two references required for Florida and Missouri candidates) Experience with NIH stroke assessment, IV/blood draws, moderate sedation, TNK administration, and cardiac monitoring preferred ENPC certification preferred Additional Information Must demonstrate compassion, empathy, and strong team collaboration skills Royal blue scrub attire required per unit dress code Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-747908.
