Caregiver Position

We're seeking an outstanding Caregiver to join our team at Missoula Valley Assisted Living. Come work alongside dedicated, caring professionals who give our seniors the stellar lifestyle they deserve.

Role Overview

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their individual service plan. The Stellar way means care delivered with kindness, gentleness, friendliness, and professionalism — always respecting each resident's dignity and privacy. What We Offer

• Pay: $16.00 – $19.00/hour, based on experience and certification

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine the best way to assist
• Support proper resident nutrition by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• A genuine love for working with seniors
