About the Role

Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it's up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher.

We're looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to drive brand processes and key design projects. You'll set the creative bar for the team, shaping visual direction and ensuring consistency and quality across channels.

You'll use your strategic eye to guide both the work and the designers around you as we continue to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the development and evolution of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent adoption across teams and touchpoints
• Creating and reviewing high-quality visual assets and motion designs that bring the brand to life across channels, setting the visual benchmark for the wider Design team
• Partnering with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative solutions that support business and project goals, acting as a key creative partner in decision-making
• Directing the creation of design references, mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate concepts and creative intent
• Owning projects, from concept through delivery, taking responsibility for quality, consistency, and alignment at every stage of the process
• Managing multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams, ensuring the team delivers on time while maintaining a high standard of execution
• Providing creative leadership, feedback, and mentorship to other designers and collaborators, elevating their craft and helping turn great work into exceptional work
• Acting as a guardian of the visual identity, ensuring assets reflect brand standards while continuously looking for opportunities to push creativity and innovation

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environments, with experience leading or supervising design work
• A solid track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products, or businesses, including ownership of key visual directions
• A standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity, and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formats
• Examples of work where you led or directed other creatives
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools, such as Figma, with the ability to define efficient workflows and standards for the team
• Experience leading design projects independently, with the ability to mentor and coordinate other designers and motion specialists
• Great judgement and confidence to influence stakeholders, articulate design rationale, and guide creative direction at a senior level
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation Range

• Krakow: PLN21,100 - PLN31,900 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN21,100 - PLN31,900 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
