You will directly influence strategic decision‑making, pricing and portfolio optimization, and long‑range growth planning. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Category Finance, or related roles Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing pricing, portfolio, and investment decisions Experience supporting innovation, new product launches, or channel expansion strategies Proven people management experience leading and developing high‑performing teams Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders Desired Qualifications MBA and/or CPA Experience within CPG, food & beverage, or multi‑channel consumer businesses Experience operating in a global, matrixed, or cooperative organization Key Areas of Responsibility Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership Act as a trusted finance partner to the Foods Americas Leadership Team, providing forward‑looking insights and decision support. Translate strategy into financial plans, scenarios, and performance metrics to support both short‑ and long‑term growth objectives. Lead financial evaluation of strategic initiatives, including new categories, channels, customers, and product launches. Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting Own the annual Budget, quarterly Forecasts, and 5‑Year Strategic Plan for the Foods Americas business. Oversee delivery of all FP&A outputs, including P&L and KPI forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Lead consolidation of the Foods Americas P&L and provide clear variance analysis to senior leadership. Commercial Finance & Profitability Management Model and assess customer and product profitability to guide portfolio and pricing decisions. Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing strategy, trade spend management, and promotional effectiveness. Evaluate financial impact of innovation Own volume and trade spend forecasting models and ensure alignment with commercial plans. People Leadership & Capability Building Lead, develop, and mentor an FP&A and Commercial Finance team across North America and LATAM. Establish clear objectives, performance standards, and development plans to build a high‑performing finance team. Champion continuous improvement and process automation

PAY RANGE: $165,000-$212,000

This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
