Position Summary Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Office Specialist I for the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department located at our Nocatee campus. This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in office. The Office Specialist will support the Behavioral Health Department to accurately register all patients and update demographic and insurance information for maintenance of accurate information. This position requires an individual who can multitask and has excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills and previous experience in clerical work. Ensuring accurate patient registration. Posting patient charges and payments. Operating a multi‑line phone system while maintaining telephone protocols. Assisting patients as needed. Experience Requirements 1-2 years Front Desk Experience. Experience working in a medical office. Education and Credential Requirements High School Diploma (required).
