Now Hiring - Experienced Service Advisor

• Pay: $5,500-$13,000 Monthly

• Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity.We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

• This position is located onsite and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming telephone calls

• Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process and Interim Customer Contact (ICC2) processes.

• Help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trusted experiences for our customers. You will seek to understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers.

• Align with company initiatives and benchmarks. Champion one another's growth to achieve more together.

• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around and offer a multi-point inspection.

• Write accurate repair orders using ADP system.

• Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee.

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians following department dispatch policy and using cost control methods.

• Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performed.

• Receive and process cash or credit payment for all services performed.

• Upon completion of service, deliver vehicle to customer.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of prior dealership and service advisor experience

• We prefer General Motors experience, but we do not require it.

• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.

• Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.

• Experience with CDK, 2+ years

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission based off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.

The average pay range for this position is $5,500-$13,000 Monthly.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
