Business Intelligence Architect

Job Description ProSidian is seeking a Business Intelligence Architect to support a federal science agency’s Human Capital Analytics & IT Modernization program. The architect will design data architecture, develop business intelligence solutions, and lead analytics consulting and needs analysis across multiple NSF divisions and directorates. Responsibilities Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation. Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence. Conduct systematic analysis of business needs, including stakeholder interviews and process mapping. Translate business requirements into flexible, role‑based analytics solutions such as dashboards, reports, and data products. Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant BI architecture, data models, and dashboards. Advise on prioritization of analytics initiatives, change management, and user adoption to sustain capabilities. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a BI architect with federal analytics expertise. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data or related field; certifications preferred. Proven experience with data architecture, enterprise‑wide BI, and advanced analytics. Strong analytical, leadership, and technical design skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with clients. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, Visio, and capacity to learn new tools rapidly.
