Physical Therapist (New Graduates Accepted)
Locations: Panama City & Panama City Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; flexible schedule available
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a PT-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice in Panama City and Panama City Beach. New graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients from adolescents to seniors
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based orthopedic care
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with patients, referral sources, and clinical team members
Participate in continuing education and professional development
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required
Active Florida PT license required
Orthopedic/outpatient experience or strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
Knowledge of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
New graduates encouraged to apply
