ROLE SUMMARY

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading Front-of-House operations, developing team performance, supporting hiring initiatives, managing schedules daily, maintaining operational supply standards, and ensuring financial awareness related to labor and operational expenses. This role balances leadership responsibilities with revenue-generating service shifts, ensuring management remains closely connected to the guest experience while supporting business profitability. The Hospitality Manager ensures that daily operations align with company culture, service expectations, and financial performance goals. Work Structure: This role maintains leadership presence on the floor while contributing directly to service execution.
