The role requires a willingness to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and maintain food quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Follow recipes to prepare and portion menu items. Assist line and sous chefs in a high‑volume restaurant setting. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies.
