Tech Lead- java/AWS

AWS/Java Developer
Call center project: developing major building blocks including front-end, telephony, chat components, routing those conversations and putting them in front of associates. The developers/teams they have right now are all more on the integrations side and they're lacking strong development fundamentals and the "build" piece.
Need to be 60-70% hands-on development, 30-40% mentoring/leadership. Over time that might change as the teams are built up. All need strong engineering fundamentals and ability to define and uphold development best practices

- IaC (Cloudformation or Terraform)
- Java
- Spring Boot
Biggest need is "engineering excellence" piece that is lacking in their organization at present. Would love a strong Java developer with experience in DevOps and AWS services, but doesn't want to over-complicate it so would take two of the profile #2 candidates if we can't find.
