Compensation
Base salary: $200,000+ per year.
Student loan repayment: Up to $25,000 per year for up to 5 years (total $125,000).
Health insurance, retirement plan, malpractice coverage, CE stipend $500/yr.
Partnership/ownership opportunity after 3 years.
Practice
Fast‑paced, full‑scope private practice. We provide comprehensive medical eye exams, contact lens fits, ocular disease management, and pre/post‑operative care for cataract and glaucoma patients. We co‑manage with ophthalmology and maintain strong referral relationships.
Schedule
Office open Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM. Minimum 3 days per week, flexible on which days. No weekends, no evenings; you’ll leave home by 5 PM.
Location
Brookings, Oregon – scenic coastal town with mild climate and outdoor recreation within 10 minutes. Cost of living makes $200K+ feel substantial.
Qualifications
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable with high volume; fast‑paced practice
- Confident managing ocular disease across anterior and posterior segment
- Residency or 3+ years experience preferred, but new graduates eager to learn are welcome
